If you haven't checked this site out you need too. I scrolled through and someone posted a quilt that was adorable. I have a baby shower to attend next month and thought I could make a baby rag quilt. We have seen the market dip and dip and dip seeing no end in sight. My past prediction was the lowest level, in the North Atlanta market, for real estate was the Fall and Winter of 2010 my prediction seems to be true. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today, I researched our local multiple listing service and we have just over 58,000 units for sale or lease. This includes both commercial and residential. At the peak of the market there was over 120,000 units for sale or lease. This is the lowest inventory I have seen. You will begin to see supply and demand increase pricing. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The rental market is tight! Landlords are able to carefully choose tenants and are able to rent their homes for more money. Tenants, brace yourself for rent increases in North Atlanta.
